Why won’t your phone turn on? We wish that there was a simple answer to that question. So many components are involved with these devices and it only takes one small thing to fail before you are stuck looking at a black screen. The iPhone 12 Pro Max in the video below had a small capacitor that shorted out- this is something that we see in cell phones quite often. The tricky part about it was that the capacitor was located between two logic boards that are soldered together. Fortunately, with the right equipment, this problem is almost always solvable.
